🥖 Bread: The vegan bread options at Oat Bakery are simply outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the variety they offer, with each bread being fresh and warm. Their sourdough with flaxseed was amazing - chewy and slightly yeasty, just delicious. The vegan cinnamon rolls and veggie sandwich were incredible too. The quality and taste of their bread, especially the unique ones like the seed bread and the one with cheddar cheese and apples, left a lasting impression on me 🏡 Atmosphere: Oat Bakery is a cozy and charming spot, a true hidden gem in Santa Barbara. It's a tiny place but has a great vibe, very organic and authentic. The bakery, with its counter opening right onto the street, adds a quaint and welcoming touch. It felt great to be there, enjoying their delicious offerings in such a homely environment 😍 Overall Experience: I was truly amazed by the quality of breads and other items at Oat Bakery. Everything I tried was exceptional. This place is definitely on my must-visit list for Santa Barbara, and I plan to load up on their delicious breads every time I'm in town. 7-7-21: Love the bread and the hygge (delicious treat like a cinnamon roll). Also took home a sourdough loaf and a date with almond loaf. Both were just exceptional. Texture was nice and crunchy with good chewiness. Flavor of both were excellent! Had the hygge with coffee and it was perfect with my morning ☕. Next time I am in town, I will definitely stop by for more delicious bread! Note: I wish I also bought the shitakke mushroom 🍄 and shallot loaf too 😋. That sounds great right now.

Whenever I'm on a road trip I look for bakeries to see if I can find a gem. Theses days they're few and far between. The Oak Bakery is top notch. I purchased several of their offerings and brought them home to share. Everyone including myself LOVED them. If you're like me and love quality fresh bread do yourself a favor and check them out you won't be disappointed.
